We had a great experience! Logan was the technician who came to our house. He was on time, courteous and polite. I was at work, so he dealt with my wife. He even called before he arrived to make sure she would be there. We were charged a small check out fee and then just a few bucks for the parts. Since we don't know the first thing about refrigerators/freezers, he could have totally taken...

They're honest and they do good work. We appreciate that their technicians are clean, friendly, and don't try to run up charges. We've had them out to fix our clothes washer as well as our dishwasher. The latter might have caused an electrical fire from a connection that had worked loose beneath the dishwasher. They're what small business is all about!

We've had them out a few times for our appliances and they get right to the problem without charging us an arm and a leg. They're honest and work quickly. Saved our house from an electrical fire when a connection under our dishwasher came loose and electricity was arcing!
