Sean came out and gave the service you would appreciate. Unfortunatly they could not find my part for a 20 year old dishwasher. But I was able to find it with ease. They were ready to give me my money back.
Wound up just getting a diagnostic as the part that needed replaced was more expensive than I felt the washer was worth (could get a whole new washer for a little more). Still, they were friendly, fast, and for $50, the diagnostic was a pretty good deal. Would definitely call again.
