The more knowledge you have of old movies and TV the more fun you'll have walking around the Movieland Wax Museum. The majority of wax figures are from old movies, the remaining from TV. There are a few pop stars and a politician. The museum is low-key and family oriented, although children may be bored unless they're the more imaginative sort. I think this is something that is ok to do once, but I wouldn't do it again. Some of the wax figures are good, but some don't seem to bear too much resemblance to the person they're supposed to be. I think it's overpriced for what you get, but if you have an entertainment book there is a buy one, get one coupon.

Unlike some of it's more goulish counterparts, the Movieland Wax Museum has wax figures mostly of actors from old movies and TV shows. The more you're a fan of old movies (and TV), the more you're going to enjoy yourself.
