I came here with a friend to try out the beginners yoga class. We came in and no one greeted us for a while. We were just trying to confirm with others who the teacher was. for a good 10 minutes....

I have tried the yoga, zumba, bellydance, and pilates class already at Movement Journeys and was extremely impressed. All the teachers are very talented in their abilities to break down the movements and create a fun and challenging workout. I love that you are able to take a wide variety of classes and receive all the benefits of cross-training. There is such a great selection to choose from, and I can't wait to try more classes! I highly recommend this studio.
