A great place to live. Great people. the common areas are very well maintained and the staff are amazing. Living here is like being away from the hustle and bustle, but yet when you need to be in the middle of everything, its right there.
Mountain View is arguably the best place to live in Bergen County. Not too far from the city, and gives you peace of mind and a great place to relax. When you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, Mountain View is the place to be.
Been at this apartment for 4 years. Lots of people have lived here for much longer started moving out due to rent increases and additional charges now for amenities and water/sewer.
Maintenance is great, amenities good (just upgraded everything and kept raising rent even through construction inconvenience), started charing amenity fee in addition to rent.

This apartment living is the best. This is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The property is well kept and improvements are always being done. The maintenance staff are prompt and clean.
