I just had my new Inferno in for some warranty issues and their new service manager Jeremy was wonderful. He made sure that everything was fixed and some things I did not even know about. Besides getting a great deal on my trailer, about $10000 less than I was quoted from RV America, I got terrific service.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They have had our coach for over 6 months to do warranty work and still claim they don't have parts yet. The service department comes up with excuse after excuse, doesn't return phone calls and is rude. We arrive on site to check status and get bombarded by salesman trying to sell us another camper.
