This looks like a place to avoid when in Morgantown. I would not recommend it. This place looks like one of the very old student neighborhoods. Why not try Mario's Fishbowl.

Allows minors in their bar...Isn't that wonderful... our daughter was only 17 and frequented there with OLDER friends.. I think they better get a better grip on proofing people...
