Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! Rude customer service, and offering me far less than what my car is worth. Part of my job is to check people's insurance and I make sure everyone that has them switches. If this is your insurance company: go anywhere else. I am not insured by them but they accidently mailed me their client’s PERSONAL information. She should be glad I am not a criminal. I recommend Nationwide, State Farm, or Auto Owners, I have had good experiences with them.

So my car got totalled by this fella that was insured by this Motorists Insurance Group. He was having a seizure and they are saying that it WASN'T his fault? WHAT??? I have been waiting and waiting for these scam artists to do the right thing and take care of this situation, but to no avail! I advise anyone with this insurance to drop it as soon as humanly possible and go with someone else. This company actually told me well unfortunately you didn't have gap insurance on your car.
