I have bought numerous products and accessories for my bikes and had some service work on one of them from this business. I honestly have zero complaints about my experiences.
I originally purchased and had my bike serviced at Staten Island Powersports, but they went out of business in 2010. After hearing about Motorcycle Center from a friend and living in the immediate area, I decided to give them a try.
I found the people who work there knowledgeable and honest about the products. As for service, their service rates are reasonable as compared to other dealerships I called. My bike had a problem with the cooling fan not turning on when it was running hot. The techs were able to diagnose the problem to a burned out relay. It ended up being only a $30 part. I am glad I brought it to them first since I was all but ready to begin swapping out cooling system parts (fan/motor and thermostat) which would have been much more money!
I have so far been pleased with my experiences and would totally come again.
I Just want to say thank you to all the guys and girls at Motorcycle Center. This shop was highly recommend to me by co worker. I had my 2003 Honda shadow that was sitting in the shed for 4 years serviced at motorcycle center. The service manager had list of recommend service for my bike with the prices of everything. After I got the prices I called the Honda dealer and they gave me much higher...
