The front counter staff was very nice.\n\nThe room wasn't never swept. I was there multiple days and it was never swept. Also, after 3 days I had to ask for the bedding to be changed as it had not. No refrigerator or microwave. Loud a/c that barely blew.I have more but you won't let me write it

Appreciate the front seat level of customer service..one main reason why I didn't chk out. Awesome night crew!\n\nI was traveling with my kids didn't like the marijuana smokers hanging around the hotel property.

Great staff clean rooms good price. Excellent location, close to beaches, Knotts, etc.\n\nThe ice machine was broken one day--not a big deal, didn't undermine our overall experience.
