One person at front desk who couldn't speak plain English! Took 40 min to check in because others were complaining about various things. Other guests were loud and unruly at night! There were several pieces of dirt on my sheets! Pillow cases dirty. Never again!

“OK but disappointing”

Basic room to sleep in, that's about it. No shampoo, no iron, no Kleenex, WiFi not working. Sheets were clean, but showed wear and stains. Ugh. I was traveling alone for a business trip, so I could deal with it, but would not rent this for my family.
