Stayed at this location for four nights during spring training because it was close to the Cub's facilities (big Cubs fan here). Were able to get ground room floor and found it clean with no visible problems. It's no fancy place, but it was adequate for our needs. Didn't have to beg for towels, soap, toilet paper, or the like....
