The location was very nice, nice area surrounded by different restaurant, convenient to the mall and other shopping centers.\n\nHotel staff wasn't friendly.

The location was very good\n\nThe room was extremely small. Just an exit as an example I stayed in the extended stay America in Warren Michigan it was a very nice clean room good size. I paid more for the room in Florence and it was literally the size of a shoebox not clean

The staff was very accomadating. I appreciated the promptness of their service and willingness to serve.\n\nYes...it was somewhat rundown looking. They did not have a pool or a hot tub. The breakfast was not what we saw on this website. We had several children and absolutely nothing to do at the hotel.

Location. TV. Great bathroom. Recent renovations.\n\nNo towels. Housekeeper didn't speak enough English to understand our problem. Brought us towels 10 minutes before we checked out. Housekeeper also knocked on our door at 930. Unacceptable. If we hadn't been awake that would have been very upsetting.
