Rick Morris arrived on time and spent a lot of time explaining things about the home I bought. He showed me all the emergency disconnects and what I can do to improve the utility bills. There was missing insulation in one area of the attic which made one bedroom hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The owner admitted he didn't know about that problem.
