She was at the facility less than three days and caught an infection which contributed to and eventually led to her death with additional complications from heart disease. nurses do not get to spend enough time with the patients, housekeeping rarely cleans the entire room daily, there are never any clean linens, there are not enough aides and nurses working, the food is not bad but is repeated weekly, price to stay there is way too expensive and the patients do not get what they are paying

I had my aunt (like a mother to me) was there for rehabilitation. We had a tough start, because the move from the hospital was quick, and we did not have a lot of time to prepare. The staff was very friendly. They were busy the day of admission, but after a couple of days we settled her in well. Very compassionate care givers and excellent rehabilitation. My father is currently a rehab patient at Moravian Village. He has very advanced rheumatoid & osteoarthritis &, even though he can manage to do some things, does need help with certain functions. After sitting on the side of his bed for 1 1/2 hours, pushing the call bell repeatedly for help to finish dressing, he called me to come help him.
