Took over 5 hours. They kept putting us off all day for other jobs, even though we got 4 calls from different guys saying they were on their way "right now." The guy arrived in a conversion (non-commercial) van, not a tow truck, and didn't even have a flashlight. Seemed very fly-by-night. Terrible cold that day. Still, I didn't appreciate being told they were on their way and getting...
