Can't rate a hotel that isn't open. They closed their doors the day before we were supposed to stay which left us scrambling to find something else at the last minute.

Hotel doing a complete remodel

The stay was fine but it would have been nice to know construction was going on. The pool wasn't open for use, rolls of carpet around, entire wing of rooms closed, bar closed. It should be real nice when complete. Hotel.com reservation not found so I'm glad it wasn't full. People very friendly and helpful. Had to travel several miles to eat.

Worse hotel ever

Where do I start? We booked a double room and were given a king. Then it said on the invoice that we were overcharged $3.00 the front desk said don't worry about that we don't owe you anything. Next the pool was closed and because the pool was closed so was the gym. This was followed by NO HOT WATER! Called the front desk and were told oh yeah, we know about that problem, someone is working on...

when I got here it was very bad. They also mess up the reservation. The pictures on the web site was nothing like the hotel. I have taken pictures of the hotel and also have got my money back.
