our grandson was flying in to visit, we needed a quality bedroom set for our new home, and Mor had what we wanted. our problem was we needed it right away. Mor management staff stepped in and met every promise. We are a customer for life.

We had a great experience at Mor. Their showroom is really nice, clean, and simple. Some of the other places we shopped around at felt really cluttered and confusing to navigate. Jeff, our salesperson, was really helpful but not intrusive. He let us shop and made sure to check in with us every so often to answer …

Service in the store was great. Corporate/customer service was not up to par. Went in on the weekend and was told all pieces of furniture will come from their factory warehouse and it will take up to 7 days for delivery. Monday or Tuesday we were supposed to get a text/call to confirm delivery date and time. …
