We generally stick to authentic Mexican food but this is a great restaurant for people who like more American style Mexican food. The green chile is good. Food is fresh. Service varies but is generally pretty good.

My family has been going to Moose Hill Cantina for the last 20 years. They consistently have the best Mexican food I've ever had in Colorado for over 20 years. I highly recommend the rellenos!

The service is friendly and fast, and the prices are affordable.

We drove out of the way to dine here. What a mistake!!! No Flavor-everything was flooded with cheese, and more cheese, and more cheese. Excess Cheese leads to excess grease floating on top of our plates! I like cheese, however, after scraping mounds of cheese and grease off of the plate, I was unable to eat what was on my plate.
