I have come to expect less than dismal service from many car dealers, but this was not my experience with Moorman. I took my car in for routine maintenance and had to wait quite a while due to it being right after lunch. Through no prodding of my own, the manager gave me a couple of free oil change coupons for my 'inconvenience.' Very nice - friendly!
