I've had them come out to my home twice to unclog my toilet. I only have one bathroom and they were good about getting to me the same day, not quickly but the same day. David came out both times. The second time he left without testing the toilet or turning the water back on. He had to be called back as I could not turn the water on. Think about the type of company you are talking about here...How can they possibly give you a specific time they will arrive - they really don't know what the nature of your problem will involve or how much time it will take to repair. The customer service ladies always let you know that you can contact the office on the morning you are scheduled at 9:30 am and they will then let you know if... more

Despite the prior review I decided to make the appointment, because the receptionist said they would let me know by 9:30 AM the day of the appointment. I took the morning off work.
