Don't use Moores! My home warranty company sent them to unclog the kitchen sink. The equipment they brought was something from the 70's which barely worked and seemed to be falling apart. Apparently the on switch fell off so I had to wait for them to rig the wiring on their machine to get it to turn on. Mind you I came home in the middle of the day from work to meet them so the time they took to fix their broken machine was valuable. They were very messy and had the nerve to use my cleaning supplies to half way clean up after themselves. I will never recommend them or use their services again.
Moores had come out to repair my heater in December. This summer I turned on my A/C and it blew hot air. Called a different company and they said that Moores had wired my system so the A/C wasnt able to be turned on from my thermostat. Called Moores and gave them the opportunity to come out first to and if this was true to fix it and everything would be ok. Told me that they could get to me in a little over a week and I would have to pay for service call and any repairs. Wow, you would think that a company would want to know if this is really going on with their service team. I cant wait...
Had a new Air conditioner/ Heat Pump unit put in 1 year ago, had to call company (4 services calls in total a year) out when we needed to switch to heat because the heat pump would not work, heat pump never functioned correctly, now when trying to switch over to the air conditioner thermostat indicated air condition on and the furnace comes on. Called company and spoke with Randy Moore, the owner, and he said we would have to pay a service call of $79 for the first 15 minutes of their time and any additional charges for them to come and see if it was their techs wiring mistake. I've had them come out to my home twice to unclog my toilet. I only have one bathroom and they were good about getting to me the same day, not quickly but the same day. David came out both times. The second time he left without testing the toilet or turning the water back on. He had to be called back as I could not turn the water on. He came back and turned the water on and tested the toilet but never apologized for not doing it the first time. 36 hours later the toilet overflowed (without flushing, it just erupted) spewing garbage disposal debris all over the floor.
