I bought a 1/2 Price Gift Certificate from 99.5 The Wolf. Moonshadow wouldn't honor it because the previous owner set it up and John and David (the current owners) said they would lose money on the certificate. Not my problem. The business is still Moonshadow Tinting as the certificate reads and the store sign reads. They should have honored it regardless of the owner. He was NOT AT ALL...
