Painter could barely speak english and came down to inform me that he needed more paint and didn't know where the nearest Sherwin Williams was. I did not have time to go get another gallon as I work from home so had to call owner to give the painter directions and left my house in a huff to go get the paint (paint pick up was part of the quote) I had to leav during the day so did not see the painter finish and leave. needed warranty work, promised to show numerous times, never showed to fix problems

Original bid was reasonable with three year warranty. Trim paint started to peel 6 months after being painted. Called several times and was promised someone would be out to fix problem. Never showed. Called multiple times again and was promised several times to come out. Never showed. Called today 10/09/2007, owner hung up. The house is only five years old and the original paint was only fading. I wanted to paint it to bring it back to the original color and now I have a peeling paint problen in multiple places.
