Before I get started, please look at the pictures they took of the plants. Notice the size of the holes. I purchase 5 gallon plants, so the holes should be at least twice the size of the top of the black containers they were planted in....so that would be about 30" across. This company is the worse! I chose plants and trees, when delivered for planting, they were not the ones I choose.They charged me way to much for planting, assured me they would dig the holes twice the size of the plant container, treat the soil and add their special moon juice.
