I came to Dr.Ponessa two years ago in great distress and pain. At first I thought her technique was too "soft" for what I needed. Boy was I wrong. She had me upright and walking normally in about a week of every other day treatment. Later I found an added benefit of being in her care. I had been prone to allergies and post nasal drip that resulted often in strep throat as the fall season...

Every year around around the end of August I experienced strep throat from post nasal drip and it also could be from working closely with the children as a new school year begins. I just realized that since being under the care of Dr. Ponessa,I have not been sick like that for two years. I attribute this to being in alignment and having a stronger resistance to germs . Brenda Ponessa has been my life saver, mentor and friend. I also suggest that you get a massage from Dana after your adjustment. That's the total feeling of bliss.

I could not stand the pain anymore...so I surrendered and went to Dr. Ponessa. She has a "hands on" healing gift. I rarely take aleve anymore and I don't think about my pain today.
