This is a very poorly run facility. The management team and care staff are incompetent. The residents receive very poor care. Don't be fooled by the beautiful setting. Because there is so much square footage, there are not enough care givers to adequately provide for the care and safety of the residents. This place is a scam! Erin Jones should be dismissed from being a manager and all of the staff replaced.
I can't tell you how bad this place is!
I wouldn't let them take care of a sick animal!

The only care given here is for your MONEY! Don't sign a contract! The management here is the worst! Once you check someone in good luck on finding caregivers around the facility when you visit.
