I have been living here for 11 years. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking
for the complete package. On site maint. great management, nice well kept units.

the office staff are the rudest i've dealt with, not worth working with them to live here!!

Previous managers have sucked but shelley is good. I had a serious ongoing problem with one of my neighbors and she evicted them. Maintenace usually takes 3 days ish. But its a big com plex so its not so far fetched. And the 2 guys they have now are awesome. The grounds are clean, the gates are cloed, the gyms open.. yay! the girls up front are cute and friendly, and i pay less than everyone...

I have lived at Montego Bay going on 4 months now.. The complex is small and quiet and very clean. Anytime I call in a work order it is always done that same day or the next day, the manager is very friendly as well. Parking is great too. I love my apartment!

Moved here to save some money. Don't really like apartment living, but living here at Montego Bay is not so bad. Very quite, and tucked away from everything. Everything works in our apartment. Management is trying and is doing a pretty good job with things.
