I love living here - very quiet and peaceful. Lots to do locally, so it is really easy to participate in the community. I highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I are enjoying our new apartment since moving here in April. I only gave 4 stars because I wish our balcony was expanded out further to fit furniture and I wish the gym was bigger and had more equipment. Other than that, it's a beautiful place to live with a nice community pool and a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Just completed the application process...so impressed with this community. My move-in date is January 18...so excited. Location is everything to me and Montecito is right in the heart of downtown Valencia. Looking forward to walking across the street to the mall or to catch a movie.

I enjoyed telling jokes and entertaining the residents. Everyone was really friendly and the apartments were beautiful. I'd love to visit again.
