I went to Monro back in august to get an inspection done on my 2006 Honda civic. I passed emissions just fine, i failed the safety which i new there was one thing i new probably wouldn't pass but i chanced it. NEVER go to this Monro. I took my car there for a routine oil change and they racked up a bill over $600. I checked out pricing for the parts after the fact and found that they price gouged the crap out of me. Their parts were marked up almost triple what it would have cost me at the dealer PLUS the labor costs to install. Not to mention the dealer already marks their parts up double for...

this shop is great. they take care of all my family members cars and the people are honest and upfront. i dont under stand what the there review was about the oil change comes to $29 total all shops have shop fees . i would rec this shop to anyone.
