Quoted the cheapest price possible when I spoke to them on the phone about getting keys made and then raised the price by $3 per key when I walked through the door. Also made inappropriate comments about my looks (I was a "cute girl"). I would not want them installing a lock on my door, and I was happy to leave.

I came in to get a key copied (Lockwood)- I've had previous bad experiences with other locksmiths had given me bad copies that would not work. I told the man at the counter that I've had issues with getting copies made and he told me that it was hard to copy b/c most places don't carry the right 'blanks'... went home, tried the copy they made, and it fit just like the original.
