Office staff told me they took my insurance even after they had my insurance card in hand. After my appointment I was told they didnt take my insurance and I had to pay almost $183! Incompetent or criminal?

I am a long time patient of Dr. Boehmer. I recently needed to be seen semi-urgently, and was able to get an appointment the next day, and Dr. Boehmer analyzed the problem, and recommended treatment options. Excellent service and general dental treatment.

I had a crown come loose and Dr. Boehmer worked me in and reattached it on a Friday afternoon. Her staff is very friendly and courteous and took good care of me.
