The dentist is not friendly. Seems to get frustrated easily. On top of that they underquoted me nearly $400. The dentist also said I needed a crown then changed his mind and said the tooth was fine. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I hate this place for taking my money like thieves. Spoke frankly with the orthodontist Marlon Henderson about my fears in getting braces at a Monarch Dental place because it seems like a government dental office. He assured me that in his private practice he has seen 1000's of patients and was confident he could help my daughter with braces and an expander....

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. The apt. took well over an hour and a half. My second visit (for my son), took over two hours and they never cleaned my son's teeth. We walked out.
