Dr. Rosen really really cares about his patients

I REALLY LIKE DR. ROSEN BUT HE JUST MOVED. HE IS AT ANOTHER MONARCH AND I HAVE FOLLOWED HIM. IT IS NOT FAR AND LOCATED AT SPRING VALLEY AND THE TOLLWAY. HIS PERFECTIONISM AND CARING IS WORTH DRIVING A LITTLE FURTHER. 9727208866
I have such a fear of the dentist and this has kept me away for so long. I heard such bad things about monarch but I was in such pain so I gave mckinney and 75 a try. Dr. Rosen was so helpful and he didnt beat around the bush about what had to be done. He explained every detail of why the treatment needed to be started and called me that night to see how I was doing. That surprised me to say the least. I am now out of pain and he even gave me his cell phone. I am still afraid of the dentist but I now will only go back to him for further dental care. Thanks Dr. Rosen (Edited August 20, 2012)

don't recommend at all

I went to this dentist for a rountine cleaning and they said that I would need over A THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of work done just to get my teeth cleaned. Needless to say I got my teeth cleaned somewhere else (and with no out of pocket expense.) Save some time and just go somewhere else to begin with.

Everyone from the Dr. to receptionist are personal, professional, and pleasant. I went in hesitant about chain practices (having heard about negative experiences), but these folks must be the exception. Excellent service.

By far, the best dental experience I’ve encountered, and I’m in my 50’s. Dr. Basit and her staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable during my first visit. Dr. Basit is very kind and gentle, and I’m so pleased with the results she and her staff effected. Most highly recommend!

This location is relaxing and has a friendly staff. The wait can be a little long but have never had a bad experience.

Our whole family of 4 is going to Monarch now. Dr. Basit is just amazing. She was able to work on our youngest and keep him calm while doing it all. We recommend everyone to Monarch.
