This is perhaps the worst service I have ever received. Ms Mongelli has repeatedly failed to respond to emails and requests on a number of tax matters that I thought was just overload at her firm....

I really wish we had come to yelp prior to contracting with Monarch CPA's. We are now in the painful process of having our books cleaned up. Monarch was tasked to bring our books into DCAA...

Katie and Monarch were outstanding. I have used them for two years now and she is very thorough. I pressed her on my return pushing back on the calculation and she was able to defend everything on there. She is knowledgeable and diligent.
