I used Molly Maid previously and they did a fabulous job! My second experience was terrible!!! I spent a nice penny for them to do half of what they committed to do. They went into a part of my home that I specifically asked them not to go. So many things were left uncleaned & to top it off, my toilet seat was broken. Do not use Molly Maids. Money was stolen from our home. We had no video of the incident so it is hard to prove. It took me contacting the corporate office before I received a phone call from the owner.

Rude. Customers service is a joke. I had to have a move out clean. They showed up 2 hours earlier then expected, never called me. Until the office manager called to complain saying it was my fault, they accused my card of declining when in all reality they were not listening and wrote it down completely …
