Obviously the two previous reviewers had some issues that in my opinion had nothing to do with this guy's work ethic and sounds like the same guy, jealous or something? Molescape's services weren't cheap by any means (we had water leaking into the basement through the walls), but he saved us more than a $1000 over what two other companies were estimating. Stay away from this guy. I agree witht he previous comment, he is a sweet talker and makes you think he is the best there is. He takes longer than what he says it should and he "seems" to find lots of things wrong with your house. I am a happily married woman and after consulting and doing work for us, he tried to proposition me! This guy is a creep, stay away at all costs!

He's a sweet talker, but a no-show when it comes to doing the work. Don't pay this guy a dime for a consult, he's tell you how everything is wrong with your home and it's all got to be rebuilt and such. What a thug.
