Moe's is the best bookstore in CA. It is a particular favorite for Greek and Roman classics. But they also have everything else.

I visit Moe's every time I'm in Berkeley and I always find something new. It's very well organized, well-stocked, and peaceful. Check out the rare book collection on the top floor! Reasonable prices, especially for used books. I got a bunch of gently used maps for about $3 each.

Moe's is a very good "book" store. We have gone to Moe's for years. Its on Telegraph avenue and has four floors of books. It is well organized. It also has rare books. There are often book sales. Customer service is very good.
The book store has been in Berkeley since 1959.
