The only good thing about Modia is that they have very high end Audio/Video equipment. Other than that their prices are high and their service department is worse than incompetent. Set up a straight-forward media wall install, speaker wiring, TV mount and cabinet install to hide components, at Westheimer store. Seemed to have good products and good retail setup.

Beyond that things fell down. Staff had zero clue about the actual install and project management. I had to make sure they spoke to my sheetrocker and electrician. Ended up measuring my bracket and drawing own... more
