This owner Gary, is a crock. He is dishonest. He told me the serger machine i bought from that store was owned by a lady friend/customer of his and that the machine was 2 yrs old. When I took it home, I went online to see all about it. it was 18 yrs. old and barely ran, motor feeling very worn out, so I took the machine right back, within 24 hours. I went to have my 15 year old vacuum serviced and I walked out with a new vacuum and a new attidude on cleaning day. Since moving to the valley and near all of the almond orchards I need to keep ahead of all that dust and dirt that gets stirred up from the wind, harvesting etc. I had a wonderful experience shopping in the store and discussing which vacuum was best for my needs. I am so pleased with the customer service I recieve every time I have taken my vacuums for repair. I have 3 vacuum cleaners, 2 for home and one for the office. I bought all 3 of them from Modesto Vacuum & Sewing. Their prices are excellent and their service is even better! On occassion my vacuums need cleaning and or servicing.
