Modern Music is a great music store for beginners and pros alike. Don't be thrown off by the way it looks. You'll think you are going into a big house and it is a bit crowded with stuff but it is crowded with musical instruments. Modern Music is a good place for a beginner musician to get off the ground. They have a wide variety of new and used instruments with great service. The quality of the products is very high. I bought my very first guitar from there for one hundread and twenty dollars. The staff is very friendly. Overall i give this place four stars out of five.

Modern Music is conveniently located in the heart of the town of Lisle.

They sell new and used instruments in good condition. They also offer music lessons. This is an excellent place for your new young band member to get the equipment and lessons for success.

PROS: Sell new and used instruments
CONS: parking lot is a little small but accessible.
