Had an MRI and then got a second opinion which differed from the UIC opinion. Asked UIC to have another look at the images and they refused.

Bad customer service

This customer service at this Center in Union, NJ is very poor, ineficient, and rude.
Also, when setting appointments they very often give the wrong information.

I had my appointment on Saturday - the technician was very professional and I did not wait more than 5-10 minutes for my CT scan.
