I came in to get my frames adjusted. The lady totally botched it and bent my frames asymmetrically and terribly. I had to go elsewhere to get them fixed. She ended up charging more than she initially quoted. And lastly I found her overall demeanor to be pretty abrasive and unfriendly.

I've been going to Moderne Eye ever since it opened (even when I lived in New York and in southern California). I've worked primarily with Dr. Lin, and I completely respect and trust her. Dr. Rivera is easy to work with as well. Exams are thorough and well explained, and the help I've gotten in finding glasses (from both docs and from Jennifer) has been great.
