Nightmare on Mockingbird Ln
The sales staff was wonderful, and all was bliss until AFTER the purchase was paid in full. Two Thousand Dollars FLUSHED. Dealing with an owner who is obviously too immature to have inherited this lovely store has been awful! Of course she claims, "we don't make mistakes" and blames the customer for tearing veils and ruining hemlines. Rude, rude, rude. Makes the Soup Nazi's customer service look like the Ritz Carlton. It's a shame to see a Dallas landmark that took 2 generations to build, get reduced to trash. I wish I had read other people's reviews before purchasing my gown there.
