The sales staff was wonderful, and all was bliss until AFTER the purchase was paid in full. Two Thousand Dollars FLUSHED. Dealing with an owner who is obviously too immature to have inherited this lovely store has been awful! Of course she claims, "we don't make mistakes" and blames the customer for tearing veils and ruining hemlines. Rude, rude, rude. Makes the Soup Nazi's customer service look like the Ritz Carlton. It's a shame to see a Dallas landmark that took 2 generations to build, get reduced to trash. I wish I had read other people's reviews before purchasing my gown there.

I was the maid of honor in a friend's wedding, in which there were only TWO bridesmaids, and they managed to mess up our order. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! They ordered my bridesmaid the wrong dress and refused to take credit for their mistake. So we are stuck wiht the wrong dress. THe Manager always has a bad attitude and blamed us for their mistake. OH its just a HORRIBLE experience. I hope that no one has to have happned to them what happend to me. Just dont even waste your time.
