Very unimpressive. Placed multiple calls seeking a service visit for a broken chairlift. Two attempts and accompanying request for a return call from technician (Clay) resulted in....nothing. Finally spoke to Clay and made an appointment two weeks out to ensure day and time availability as I live out of town and had to arrange for someone to meet him. Clay never showed up.
