bad customer service Kudzu

wrong eqipment was ordered. the office looses important paperwork. they drag their feet. this is the worst wheelchair medical supply company we have ever used. they do not take care of the customer.

The most inefficient company out there! I have used other wheelchair replacement, repair companies for over 30 years. I have never had to deal with such inadequate business practices.

On one occasion, a service tech ordered parts for a non-working chair. I was told the parts would be in for delivery within 2 weeks, since I had no other wheelchair. Afther 1 month, I was told, the office staff threw away all my order information because they could not get insurance information. They did not call to discuss the insurance with me. Meanwhile, I am stuck without a usuable wheelchair. I had to go and borrow one. It has been almost 2 months, they still do not have their act together.
