Man was I mad when I locked the keys in the ignition. I could see them through the window and just couldn’t get the door opened. So i used my trusty mytouch 4g and found these guys. called them and there were here in 20 minutes. I was on my way in 30. I was still upset, but not because of these guys at all.

When I called for an inside door that was locked by mistake and no key available, I was told the service charge was $35 to come out and a minimum $40. When 2 guys in hooded sweatshirts came, they told me the charge was $160. Intimidated and shocked I paid the charge to get them out of the house.

Had a nice talk with the girl on the phone, she was pleasant and recommended to me that I have the locks rekeyed instead of changed completely. The service ended up costing me like 200 bucks, but it was cheaper than new locks, the guy said...

Called a few places. But nobody would give me an estimate of what it would cost to replace a lock! I mean of course I know that they couldn’t tell me exactly what the charge would be before they were able to see what they were working wit...

They came out to me quick, it was less than i had anticipated being that i had not one but two lock changes. he did it quickly and cleaned after himself. He was a very polite, well mannered individual who was knowledgeable in his field. I appreciate you sending me such a nice guy to assist me. Hope you have a great day.  (Hide)
