The staff was nice and friendly but the quality of the work done was horrible. I had to go there on a workmanship comp accident the broke one of my crowns in the front of my mouth. When the replacement crown came in it didn't match my other teeth and it fit slightly crooked. They didn't seem to be bothered by that at all and I just wanted to get out of there. Staff is completely incompetent. Could not figure out to get preauthorization for ins, when I called my ins they had never received anything from them. The staff absolutely refused to call then ins even after being called multiple times over 3 1/2 months asking why I hadn't heard back. They promised me each time they would call me back and not once did they return a phone call or contact my...

The dental part of the practice may be fine but the vision part is the worst! If you want to spend a few hours then this is the place. Doctor is slow and the wait is long. I would not recommend them to handle any of your optometry needs.

I Love the staff and doctors with the exception of one. His name is Dr.Smalls i have never ever had sensitive teeth until he worked on mine.Thankfully he is no longer employed there!!!
