They called before coming as they were running late. I had three problems that they checked out and priced for me, a clogged or blocked drain; a leaky faucet and a possibly broken faucet. They were thorough and quickly solved the drain problem. I determined the faucet problem were of less priority. I was also impressed with their cleanliness.
