They got me too, took 2 weeks to get a live body on the phone, wound up staying home one day & kept hitting "redial", talked to two people there, they said thay would refund charge after reciept of returned certificate{which by the way took 2 months to get}, Mailed it early January, still no refund, looking into ownership & alternatives, will post any accomplishments.

Skybox Tv is a dish cable system. I originally recieved there offer through email advertisment. The deal was you sent them 49.99 and they would send you a dish and 2 recievers and the equipment would be all yours. you would in return select a package and subscribe for 2 years. Puchase a system from SkyBoxTV in October and never received anything and they took my money and will not return it. I call and they hang up on me. They are thieves and need to be put out of business. We need to put them out. Start a class action lawsuit against them. File your Rip-off Report.

As of today, January 22, 2002, I have had more charges added to my credit card. As of this time, I have been charged the $189 three times. I am awaiting tomorrow to see if I will be charged a 4th time.
