My apartment complex is among one of the best places I have ever lived. Every time I have a problem or am in need of assistance, they are always there to answer the phone and get the job done right away.

I stayed for 6 months, and I enjoyed the apartment. The bathroom is kind of old, and the water pressure is very low.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, and the apartment is large and spacious. No patio!

There are lots of kids, and during the summer, they were somewhat loud. (I lived close to the pool and their park, so I heard all the noise)

The manager is nice to work with.

Good value, good area, clean, really big units and close to nice restaurants in downtown decatur and easy freeway access. Some units have stainless steel. We have a new manager and he's doing great things to the property.

The manager is a thief. She files evictions on you every month if your rent isn't paid on the 4th which causes her to recieve a bonus and she also pockets your rent money. Her name is daisy. Be aware.
